Main Purpose of Role:
The role will drive operational and leadership excellence in commercial and account management, manage risk and develop a sustainable continuous improvement culture that achieves excellent client engagement / retention where Penspen becomes a trusted partner which translates into sustainable, upwardly trending financial success.
To ensure contract and account management is delivered by meeting the business requirements and delivering quality service to our clients. To prepare reports based on risk and performance, highlighting key areas for improvement, and developing the appropriate implementation and mitigation plans. Ensure contract performance is analysed and recommendations presented to improve both contract performance and financial position.
This role will provide critical support to the Director of Asset Management Europe with regard to ensuring the high performance of the Asset Management service line in Europe.
