Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will have day to day responsibility for delivering service and repairs to a number of clients, ensuring that we are delivering a quality service within budget and maximising client satisfaction.
The post holder will be responsible for developing service and repair programmes and monitoring progress with regards to quality and productivity.
Working in conjunction with the Technical Manager, the post holder will ensure that we are maximising efficiency within the workforce and cross-utilising operatives to manage peaks and troughs within the workflows.
The post holder will need to monitor parts and labour spend against budget, identifying overspend and potential areas for improvement.
The post holder will need to attend monthly client meetings and compile reports based on the Clients requirements.
Working with the Technical Manager and Compliance Manager, the post holder will need to ensure that the department is working within the compliance framework with regards to Health and Safety and ISO standards.
Domestic Gas ACS or experience running contracts of a similar nature
H&S Qualification (i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS) desirable.
Comprehensive IT skills.
Experience of managing teams.
Experience of managing multiple clients.
