Salary: £23,189 - £29,972 dependent on experience and qualifications & additional pay for overtime, standby & monthly performance pay based on customer feedback.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for leading a Two Person Repair Team. Reporting directly to the Network Supervisor you will need to be extremely self motivated with proven ability to motivate both yourself and your team. You’ll need to have exceptional customer service skills, be extremely enthusiastic and have the ability to lead by example in order to promote safe working practice, best practice, whilst driving efficiency and maintaining compliant ways of working
