Our industry leading training will be delivered from one of our impressive training centres in Wigan or Luton. Our dedicated trainers will provide you with everything that you need to deliver an excellent and safe service which in turn will result in job satisfaction. You will also be included in our NEW Retention Bonus Scheme, which is an exciting addition to the company for 2021. You will be awarded an additional £10,000 on top of your annual earnings, following 3 years’ service. There is also the added option of being able to draw down a fixed amount from the overall lump sum each year. Why upskill to become a Lowri Beck Dual Fuel Engineer... £30,000 basic salary £10,000 Retention Bonus Scheme* OTE of £42,000 comprising of: Daily bonus- Earn from £16.50 per meter (from 7th meter) Top 25% of operatives are installing 7+meters per day Quarterly Bonus- £250 for zero non- conformances (£1000 per annum) Saturday working- Average of £195 earning for full day* £2000 London Weighting (where applicable) Average travel time between appointments- upto 30 minutes (South)/ 30- 60 minutes (North) Health Care Cash Plan including 24/7 EAP helpline Ongoing Training & Development Genuine Progression Opportunities What you will need… Have previous experience in a Gas Engineer role (Ideally experience with gas meter installation) Current CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 & MET1 qualification UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points Have no unspent criminal convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check (CRC)
