Role overview

We are currently recruiting a Resident Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out routine maintenance and repairs to plant, equipment, the building fabric and ongoing project works across a commercial office contract based in Weybridge.

The successful candidate will have a background in providing Electrical Maintenance and current Electrical Qualifications, preferably within a Commercial environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week covering site between the hours of 07:30 - 17:00. Working hours agreed among the team of 3 on site to ensure site covered at all times. Overtime is available and a call-out rota is in place, therefore a company van is provided as part of the package.


You will:

Deliver PPM relating primarily to Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Plant and System’s in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.Checking completed work and documentation by Technicians and ensuring compliance with current legislation.Costing and completing Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested.Develop excellent working relationships with our client their staff or appointed representative through good customer service.Capable of working independently and when requested managing Reactive Works carried out by others. Completing all required documentation, job sheets and certificates.


You will have:

Previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Technician carrying out PPM's in line with SFG20Experienced in Statutory & Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records / Certification and uploading onto Service Systems. City and Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 OR equivalent City and Guilds 2382-15 18th EditionIdeally all candidates would have completed a Electrical apprenticeship IOSH Working / Managing Safely (Desirable)Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc. (Desirable)L8 Training (Desirable)
