Job Description

The role will include both team and lone working and you will be working on a variety of different boiler types and systems. What you can expect to be doing: Carrying out fault fixing, servicing, repairing and installation of gas central heating systems Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations Resolving problems or set in to motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed Skills and experience required: You will hold a current Gas safe registration ACS (previously ACOPS) along with a natural gas domestic qualification - minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, and HTR1 A proven track record in a similar domestic gas servicing and maintenance role is essential The ability to work alone on a variety of different boiler types and systems Have a proactive approach to health and safety, creating a safe environment for all This role will involve driving on company business.
