We’re continuously investing in our people and this is what makes us one of the leading employers within the built environment.Watch one of our operational video for more information about working for Rydon: Job Purpose Our highly regarded housing repairs team based in Canning Town is responsible for providing gas/boiler repairs and boiler servicing in domestic properties. We look after more than 9,000 residential properties across our portfolio.As part of a small team you will take responsibility for providing planned and reactive maintenance to domestic gas boilers. You will be diagnosing and providing repairs to boilers on a reactive (call-out) basis as well as servicing domestic boilers and completing light installation works. You will also be involved in completing CP12 landlord gas safety certificates. You will be provided with a company van, fuel card and the testing equipment required. This is a varied and genuinely diverse opportunity. If you have the above experience we'd strongly encourage you to apply. Experience Required You should have strong maintenance experience gained as a domestic gas servicing or maintenance engineer. This experience would ideally have been gained within a maintenance contractor, though candidates working for an energy provider will also be considered. You should be ACS certified CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, CENWATYou will have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing high quality repairs.
