Job DescriptionTo undertake the maintenance and repair of the Gas, Plumbing and Mechanical services on client sites in line with all applicable regulations.To carry out reactive tasks within SLA’sTo carry out maintenance and service visits in line with appropriate regulationsMobile role, with vehicle provided, to cover multiple contracts and clients in the East of Scotland (Edinburgh, Dundee, Midlothian areas).Part of On Call RotaThis role is to cover the East of Scotland (Edinburgh/Fife/Dundee) however other coverage may be required on ocassion.QualificationsGas Safe Qualifications in COCN1, ICPN1, ICEA1, TPCP1, CIGA1, CORT1, CCN1 & CEN1Qualified to City & GuildsExperience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment (including all aspects of Boiler Plant, Ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear).Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.Strong customer care focus.Great communication SkillsAble to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faultsInterest in career development/progression.Capable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner (Electronic or paper based).Full, clean, driving license is essential for this roleAdditional InformationHealth and Safety responsibilities• Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;NoteThis job description Is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken.
