Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Gas Engineer Kingsmead Office, London – Covering London and the South East £36,908 - £38,850 per year 40 hours per week – 08:00 to 16:30 plus on call duties (usually 1 in 4 weeks) which carry an additional weekly allowance of £115 We are looking for a qualified domestic Gas Engineer who can work as part of our team and on their own while completing a defined workload of service and repair jobs per day. You will join our gas maintenance team in Gas Operations within Sanctuary Property Services to assist with delivering high quality gas servicing and maintenance of heating systems for our customers. What you can expect to be doing: Carrying out fault fixing, servicing and installation of gas central heating systems Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations Resolving problems or set in to motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed Skills and experience required: You will hold a current Gas safe registration ACS (previously ACOPS) along with a natural gas domestic qualification Previous experience in a similar domestic gas servicing and maintenance role is essential The ability to work alone on a variety of different boiler types and systems Have a proactive approach to health and safety, creating a safe environment for all This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence Ready to join us?
