Job Title: Heating Engineer
Location: Malton, North Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + Overtime + Company Van
Hours: Full time, permanent. 40 hours per week, plus a weekend rota.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Heating Engineer looking for a more organised, stable and well supported role.
We're working with a well established and reputable business in Malton, known for delivering high quality installation, servicing and maintenance work. With a strong and consistent pipeline of work, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to add to their engineering team.
The role offers a well planned workload, sensible scheduling and the support of an experienced office team, allowing you to focus on doing the job properly without unnecessary disruption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the installation, servicing and maintenance of heating systems including gas appliances. Experience with LPG and oil systems is desirable.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
- Deliver both planned maintenance and reactive repair work to a high standard.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate job records and compliance documentation.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience working as a Heating Engineer.
- Valid gas qualifications are essential; oil and LPG qualifications are desirable. Gas Safe registration is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault finding and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach.
