Job Description
We’re looking for a qualified Heating Engineer to join our team based in Shropshire.
If you have one of the qualifications below or equivalent in servicing to domestic dwellings, then we would like to hear from you.
- Gas Safe
- ACS
- Oftec
- HETAS
Your main role will include:
- Undertaking appliance servicing and repairs to central heating systems such as gas, oil, solid fuel, and air/ground source
- Fault finding and rectification of boilers and heating systems
- On occasion carrying out boiler replacement and central heating installations
There will be a requirement for you to participate in the out of hour's on-call rota for which a standby supplement is paid, plus an hourly rate for each call out attended. This is in addition to the basic salary and is dependent on how many times you are on the rota for call out.
The successful candidates will be required to undertake Hetas and ASHP/GSHP training provided by Connexus if not held.
