EQUANS are recruiting for a Gas Engineer to be based in Oldham. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £41,, van & fuel card and benefits package. General Overview
To carry out the duties as a Gas Engineer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. To assist the Team in producing a quality product meeting the requirements of the contract and in a safe manner. Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy, and strategy.
Ability to carry out servicing of gas appliances including boilers, fires, and cookers in a timely and safe manor. To carry out general breakdowns and have the ability diagnose and repair to achieve 1st time fix. Be part of an on-call Rota to cover Out of Hours breakdowns as required.
Key Accountabilities Carry out work in a safe manor on Servicing, breakdowns and installs.
Maintain and care for all company tools and calibrated equipment.
