The role of Gas Engineer will include: Carrying out fault fixing, maintenance, installation duties and commissioning of gas central heating systems Providing accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensuring accurate daily work records are completed Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations Resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS) or currently undertaking the qualification.
