About the role We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Renewables Heating Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and growth of our in-house capabilities for servicing and maintaining our expanding range of renewable technologies. This role will play a key part in ensuring that renewable servicing, breakdowns and alternative non-gas system installations are conducted efficiently and effectively throughout our housing stock. Some of the primary duties and responsibilities include: Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of responsive repairs and cyclical servicing of our renewable technologies across our housing stock. Supporting the installations for both renewable and non-gas heating systems. Providing a comprehensive and high level of customer service to our residents, ensuring that work is completed to high standards to minimise call-backs and maximise first-time fixes.
