Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Responsibilities: Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations Replacement of heating controls and components as per manufacturer’s instructions Carry out Combustion Performance Analysis to gas appliances as required Fault investigation and diagnosis utilising manufacturer’s technical literature Attending reported gas...
