Gas Engineer - Social Housing | Local Patch | £42,300 + 10% Pension
If you're a Gas Engineer in social housing, you'll know the difference between a well-run contract and one that burns you out.

You'll be covering Devon ,south Somerset, parts of Dorset - no crazy travel, no impossible schedules - just solid, consistent work keeping residents safe and warm.
The Package
- £42,300 basic salary
- Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours
- 36 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- 10% pension contribution

The Role
- Servicing and breakdowns in domestic properties
- Installations when required
- Working within social housing homes
- Managing your own diary with the support of a strong scheduling team
- 1 hr travel from where you live
✅ What You'll Need
- Gas Safe registered
- ACS: CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1
- Experience in domestic social housing
- Full UK driving licence - New Van + full card provided
