Job Description This role requires a proactive and solutions-focused approach, undertaking both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks while supporting client needs across multiple sites. You will act as a trusted engineer on-site, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, gas safety standards, and company protocols. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial gas and heating systems within FM or building services environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC systems. Undertake installations, repairs, and fault-finding for gas and heating systems, both major and minor. Conduct routine maintenance and PPM tasks to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
