Job Description This role involves working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites, carrying out servicing, fault finding, repairs and small installation works while ensuring all activity is completed to statutory and safety standards. The position also includes participation in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours response. Key Responsibilities Deliver PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance across commercial gas, combustion and HVAC systems. Carry out wider building services tasks including mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fabric-related maintenance. Diagnose faults, undertake repairs and complete new installations when required.
