Job Description We are looking for a skilled engineer who can provide high-quality planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional service delivery. This role involves hands-on technical work across multiple disciplines, supporting client operations and maintaining high standards across all building services. Key Responsibilities Deliver commercial combustion, heating and HVAC-biased PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance within agreed timeframes. Carry out a range of building services maintenance tasks including fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related works. Provide call-out response in line with the client’s callout rota. Maintain plant rooms, workshops and storage areas to a clean and organised standard. Undertake new installations and major/minor repair works to client gas and heating systems.
