ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of our Gas Safe Engineer … Once trained you will be required to work independently, where you will deal with mechanical and/or electrical issues which need to be clearly explained to our customers in writing as well as verbally communicated.Some work will be scheduled where you will execute the duties of our PRoCARE service which includes tasks such as inspections, Burner services and probe calibrations.When called out to service a customer’s machine or diagnose any problems with the equipment onsite, you will be required to make repairs such as - adjustments, part replacements, timing and synchronisation of mechanisms. These may be electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and/or gas. Following the call out a service and inspection report must be submitted.You will be conducting service calls and then be tasked with following up on actions required following your plant visit or telephone call.
