Job Description You will be responsible for planned, reactive and proactive maintenance across commercial gas, heating and HVAC systems, while also supporting wider building services tasks. The role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota and requires strong technical capability, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a reliable service for clients.
