Job Description We are looking for an engineer who can manage PPM, reactive and proactive works within agreed timeframes, while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses a range of general building services tasks and requires a professional approach when representing the business on client sites. Key Responsibilities Carry out commercial gas, heating, combustion and HVAC-bias engineering maintenance across client properties. Complete PPM, proactive and reactive tasks within agreed service levels and timeframes. Perform commercial gas and HVAC fault finding, repairs, servicing and installations. Undertake building services maintenance including fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks. Participate in the callout rota and provide responsive support as required.
